Remap vs individual units

Hi guys. Just wanna know the difference between getting a specify remap for a particular make (eg. sending the ECU to germany for a Digitec remap for an Audi model) vs installing separate units like having a AVCR & SAFC. In your opinion, which mod will yield better control and power; a designated remap or installing 2 task specify units like the ones mentioned. Of course, since the Euro is sky high now to send it for a remap, having 2 separate units will deemed more cost effective :lol: Any feedback is very much appreciated. Kong Hee Fatt choy to all!
