put it simply, we just need to start headhunting a lot earlier than we did for OTS3. also, a small token of appreciation for the ladies wouldn't really hurt, but that's really up to the organizing crew. see what we can provide lah. after a few events, i think we'll have a large enough database of contacts for us to comfortably call upon whenever an OTS is coming up.

anyhow, i think the girls did spice up the event in a way only they are capable of.. and going with the thinking of 'the more the merrier', that would mean that getting a larger amount of Pit Girls can only do us more good.

as i could only say that from this event that the girls really spice up the day. to do it in future depends so much on the organizers. as for me, i'm onle the PIC in this sub-event. as for other's, it really depends on the organizers. as mentioned b4, isky really helped a lot in this OTS3 headhunting. i really depended on him for this.

as for us here, we could only wish the very best from this..
