They market it as heavy duty absorber, no? Not sure if its for performance or for longetivity..I'm actually curious about the Kayaba RS Ultra product, since I have no interest to lower a Myvi. Wonder how good is the Ultra.

thanks for replying. it should be a good try compared to other coilovers. truth be told, if eibach & koni make parts for myvi, it would eliminate all the headaches. i do also wonder if this so called rear frame brace is good (not anti roll bar). i know that going for the anti roll bar for myvi is gonna hinder the suspension from absorbing bumps properly & cause unnecessary vibrations on irregular roads.Yes im using RS Pro. It has diff valve load so at low speed it is like only 30% stiffer than stock. But on high load u can feel that it is 50-70% stiffer than stock, especially going through pot holes and speed bumps. Hard cornering wise, 100% better than stock.
My 1st gen Myvi is on Kayaba RS Ultra now. It's significantly stiffer than stock by about 40% I'd say. Borderline bouncy but not quite there. Firm enough on corners but supple enough on normal roads. Worth noting I'm running stock everything including wheels. So for me with these absorbers the tyre pressure heavily dictates how bumpy my ride is. I'm running 230kpa tyre pressure so it's just enough bumpy in my opinion. I like it.I'm actually curious about the Kayaba RS Ultra product, since I have no interest to lower a Myvi. I am using this rear torsion beam bar - it does stiffen it up by about maybe 30% considering everything else on my car is stock. You can only realistically feel it in a corner, it just holds the body roll a bit better. I have another 2nd gen Myvi (pre-lagi best) that doesn't have the bar and the way it rolls is more sudden compared to with the bar.thanks for replying. it should be a good try compared to other coilovers. truth be told, if eibach & koni make parts for myvi, it would eliminate all the headaches. i do also wonder if this so called rear frame brace is good (not anti roll bar). i know that going for the anti roll bar for myvi is gonna hinder the suspension from absorbing bumps properly & cause unnecessary vibrations on irregular roads.
