So nexttime when you sell the car the dealer will give the price base on year 2003 car...they don't bother whether the car register 2008 or 2010... Proton once a while will have such "promotion" ...the car is new just OLD BATCH...so price wise it will be cheaper Rm3-6K depend on model... hope this help
