Really? Have not been there for a long time already. If it will be permanently closed then that's sad since that used to be my favorite place to escape a little bit of heat from the city.

Oh so the Kajang Municipal Council took the matter in its own hand by ignoring the court's injunction order. Where is Khalid Ibrahim?

Agreed with you dude. Hmm, the construction of it is already looks very dangerous from the outside d. Especially when you have to climg a freaking steep staircase just to get up to the Restaurants.

from my visits, the stair case looks ok to me compare to many place's stair case, the steps are wide and not that steep, compare to our famous batu caves, and other caves, quite well contructed stair case if u ask me for staircase for climbing a hill, about renovations, i dunno, the renovation of that place was in that way ever since and been liddat for many many years, why only take action now? and... the renovations... technically i dunno... but still feels quite solid... i actually jumped all around the restaurants lol...

You can't 'pow' your life when accident happen bro.

"In an earlier statement to the media, Kajang council president Datuk Hasan Nawawi Abd Rahman said ALOP’s closure order was carried out after the operators were noted to have done extensive renovation close to the steep slope.

“The decision was taken based on the possible danger it poses to visitors and operator,” he said.

Hasan said operators had failed to put forward an application for building plans or required documents.

“Kajang council had issued five notices from Aug 10 last year to Jan 17 this year, under Section 70(1) and 70(1)(b)(c) of the Street Drainage and Building Act 1974. The final Notice was isused under Section 97 under the same Act at 3.53pm and pasted at the four restaurants at about 5.15pm to seal ALOP,” he said.

Hasan acknowledged that there was an exchange of words between his staff and the eatery workers during operations to close the premises.

“If the operators are not satisfied with the action taken than they can take it to court,” added Hasan."
