Or you know Taman Sri Andalas Medical Centre? Behind the medical centre, there are many car accesories shop, i think there are around 10 shops. Can hunt there too. :P

General Hospital, take the opposite road (Heading to khesas highway).

From there, you need to pass through 1 or 2 traffic lights. The medical centre is on your left, big signboard. B)

bro, i just went to on-cost (penang) and had mine custom made accrding to the original carpet. i bought the thick rubber with the hairs tht cost 30bux/sqfeet, damn happy with it, comes in a few color also. total was 120bux :o but now driving kaki ayam la...damn nice feeling :D
