how come whenever i try to upload an image from my pc as an avatar, a message came up sorry, and error bla bla bla... pls refer to help file bla bla etc

Is the avatar size too large ?
Or the format is not acceptable ?

i tot if it was too big it will be automatically resized
btw its a jpg extension file

Quote from the Instruction :

"Your avatar must be no bigger than 80 pixels by 80 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 30 KB.
The following file types are allowed: gif .jpeg .jpg .swf .png"

The File size must NOT be larger than 30 KB.

If the file size is less than 30KB and it is larger than 80 X 80 pixels.
It will auto resize.
