Apexi pen-type turbo timer settings

Hi

Just want to know if anyone out there is using the Apexi pen-type turbo timer? I need to know what is the correct settings for all the functions such as:

1) A/F ratio settings (mine doesn't seem to detect the airflow, what could be the problem?)
2) O2 settings
3) Engine-off timer
4) Lean / Rich setting

Please advise me on this. I appreciate any comments, advice or instructions.
