As the Pagani Zonda reaches the end of its line, it seems natural that the supercar maker would be churning out a slew of one-off variants before it finally bows to is highly-anticipated successor, tentatively dubbed the C9.
Here we have another specially-commissioned Zonda with the usual bits of added exterior parts and a generous bump up in power for an unhealthily rich Middle Eastern client. The catch here is, just in case you haven’t yet noticed, the ridiculous shade of purple that goes along with the car. As if we needed more reminders that money can’t buy taste.
This Zonda is called the 750 and based on the Zonda Cinque, of which only five were made. The biggest exterior change would be the redesigned rear window that has to accommodate the giant overhead air inlet that is as functional as a G-string on Kim Kardashian.
No details have been released yet but we’ll hazard a guess and say the AMG-built 7.3-liter V12 pushes out 750hp. It’s not on the road yet as it’s still undergoing construction so there’s still time to get some shades to block out the horrendous colour once it does hit the tarmac.
