guys,

a lot of ppl say... its not recommended for auto trans to use external air intake. only internal air filter is suitable for auto as they say.

they say for auto, lost of acceleration but good top end if we use external air intake.

what do u guys think??? and say???

need help TQ coz thinking of buying one...

p/s: n e recommendation of brands??? TQ

I think what he is trying to say is air filter type. initially i read also big time blur... since whn transmission need air filter....

SnooPDoGGY,
whahahaha.... issit air filter u r talking about? the open pod type and the sotck air filter box with element type? if so, yes, unless u do have heatshield or else open pod more likely will sucks in more hot air in engine bay hence u will suffer abit on low torque whereas the stock air filter box element type air filter is better on low torque but on high side its losing out to open pod.

if theres a heat shield, u diy a cold air intake to bring in colder air lo..its give u a better combustion cos more o2...but remember ,more power more petrol..
