well....in my case the cost shot up to almost rm6k.

but you should look around at

rm2.8 h/cut
rm1.5 labour
rm0.5 parts
rm0.5 misc

so should be between rm4.5 to 5.

cheers

basket...dun tell me you are driving the TX5 V6 97 (hatchback)....

not sure where to find aftermarket parts but you may need to consider custom made bars.

If you are referring to anti-roll bars, eibach has a set for this model

yeah...its the TX6 V6 1997 alright but its no hatchback. Its a sedan and with Auto tranny. Done some mods to it like changing the engine to the KLZE JDM specs, GAB abs, 5Zigen muffler, centre bullet, custom made V6 headers, Cold Air Intake with the battery transfered to rear trunk, Zaptor Voltage Stabilizer, HotShot 9.5mm Platinum ignition cables, higher capaity fuel pump....but havent done grounding yet as the battery is at the rear and haven found any stabilizer bars so far. Installed an upgraded KLZE eprom chip but had idling problems so had that removed.

My next project will be;

1. Stabilizer bar (or anti-roll I think)
2. Grounding wires.
3. Throttle body enlargement

dude its your carburetor....

My guess is your carb is dirty or you have a vacuum problem.

find a reliable mech and get that carb serviced...

nothing to do with your throttle linkage

fzavier, how is your Telstar V6 FC? I'm driving Telstar V6 body (4 cyl) 1999 model. My telstar FC is pretty bad. RM60 only good for 230kms only... (after latest petrol price hike). Highway driving is pretty good though... RM60 can reach 380kms.

Fc...

havent checked since the fuel hike....but since mine is 6 cylinder and a 2.5 Litres (KLZE) eng, city driving is bad....also since mine is auto, double bad. But it s great for long distance cruising. I will check again the FC and see the figures.....

But for daily commuting to and fro work I use my 2nd car which is the Nissan March SuperTurbo K10.....pretty small 930cc car but a real pocket rocket.....heheheheee. The torque and pickup is much much greater than my KLZE, since its twin-charged.

2.5i V6? I taught CKD Ford Telstar V6 was 2.0i V6? Did you changed the engine? OR Did you import this car personally?
