IF UR CURRENT VOLTAGE IS 60/55W n u buy ur PIAA super white 60/55w then is plug n play...

But if ur current voltage is 60/55w n u wanna install 100/90w......so d voltage of d new bulbs r higher n ur old socket cannot support coz only support up to 60/55w...

so we need to add conversion kit/ relay to make it convert from 60/55w to 100/90w so when u install 100/90w super white bulb.....it wont burn.....faham kah?

im in kl.....my car no power la.....u try evo better...haha....only 1.0bar...no boost controller nth modification....shame la drive out...

I also using white bulb.
The lighting is ok while driving on dark places.
If in road with all the street light, slightly notice i on my light.
I have problem while driving down genting cause by the heavy fog, is it true that white light hard to penetrate the fog?
So it is mean that i should add yellow fog light rather then the white one while driving in heavy fog condition?

Got Subaru, should be happy already. Subaru on the street is getting more attention then the heavy mod proton.

If you dont race with people on the street, people only think that you malas mau kejar only, nobody will think that your car no power?

So enjoy your ride...:)

White lights are nice to look at but harder to see on the road. unless they are really bright like HID they don't really illuminate well. exceptions are the more expensive ones which set you back RM300 or more. But yellow light is definitely better penetration in a fog - c'mon guys most of us did form4 physics right?

regarding conversion kits,
lets put it this way, the voltage for a 60/55W and a 100/90W is the SAME
the CURRENT or amperage draw is different
stock wiring is meant for 60/55 and even if you put a 100/90 and it doesnt burn your wiring, your bulb probably won't be as bright as a car with 100/90W and a conversion kit cuz stock wiring won't give enough current

conversion kits come with relays and they're quite easy to install. most just plug +ve one end to the battery +ve and -ve to ground and the three pins straight into the current wiring socket, fit in bulb and ur done!

remember that a 100/90 bulb burns hotter and brighter, may/may not burn your stock wiring, may/may not burn your plastic reflector also.

a cheaper alternative is the "philips 60/55W vision plus 50% brighter" bulb or if u can find the osram silverstar 50%
they're xenon bulbs and run alot cooler than halogen but brighter
also standard yellowish beam

but if u really want a 100/90W yes you can plug n play but better to get a conversion kit

yeah, its true, even during heavy rain also, yellow lights are alwiz the best, since you got white lights already, can just add those yellow spotlights at the bumper there and use when got heavy fog or during heavy rain, confirm better view :D PIAA or those Halogen Yellow spotlights/foglights are damn nice but comes with freaking high price....

Random Post Every 5 Minutes

yep

i was browsing thru ACE Hardware MidValley tonight just now..
and was passing by the automotive oils section when this man was eyeing my up down..
(was wearing TiTAN uniform..)

and i overheard this man's conversation with the shop assistant, so i presumed him to be Tufoil's supplier to the store.

Turns out this is the very MAN that brought in this great product to our shores.

Mr.FocalPoint, very nice to know you and thanks for the lovely chat..

cheers
Stanley
