Experience required
Must have
1) At least a Diploma or Degree in IT, trained in web-design or e-commerce
2) Working knowledge of HTML coding, CSS Stylesheet, Photoshop, Basic web publishing tools and programs
3) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
4) Meticulous in line details, praoctive and enthusiastic, fast and accurate worker, teachable and willing to learn
Good to have
1) Knowledge of simple configurations of computer products
2) Basic web publishing tools and programs
3) Excellent written and oral communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION (Scope of Work)
• Creation of deals via catalog tools; send and follow-up on deal approvals; utilize catalog management tools to publish deals and catalogs to store front
• Do up web page publishing, monitor and track publishing status (end-to-end workflow)
• Take ownership of all content related tasks for the online store and/or contact centre systems for an identified country
• Aggregate content through frequent co-ordination with related stakeholders, entering content into the legacy content systems and handling requests for exceptions and manual setups
• Liaise closely with program managers, sales agents and related in-country managers to execute all required content and catalogue setups
• Provide feedback and recommendations for system enhancements to facilitate systems and process improvements
• Actively track all content tasks and requests for identified country for regular review and forward planning
