[Urgent] Where to make Oil Cooler Lines?

Anyone knows where to make oil cooler lines?
Or at least where to clamp those fittings?

I actually need the clamps only, to clamp the fittings and hoses.
But since nobody we know that has it, have to take everything lo.

If use garden hose clamps cannot meh? or maybe able to find a specific clamp at hardware shop,
buying a complete set is a waste of $$$.

No la, need to clamp the fittings ma. Sort of like metal fittings.
Those anodized ones.

I think you mean "crimp fittings" where you joint the hose and the ends together.

are you in klang valley? in shah alam there is one shop call Inland industrial Instrument. They are do lot of hosing work. Work next door to them last time. might it help.

if clamp/hose type just use hose clamp and oil-rated hose



if the threaded type bring oil-cooler and screw banjo fitting to tracktor/jcb sparepart/machine shop and they will do custom hose for you....

The Earls (Blue-Red color) fitting sold at shop area sunway. You can search it from mudah.my.
But I use industrial clamp and fitting for my oil cooler hose. You can visit any hydraulic shop and ask them.

I wouldn't use gas hose. It can take the pressure but it's relatively stiff. Those clamps will not be able to clamp down to a tight seal that can survive the pressure. I've tried using before and ATF leaked out from the clamps. Worst case scenario for me the clamped section popped out right because too much pressure.
