Upgrade 1.6 Mivec to Turbo

Hi all,
Anybody have seen or do about this project, to upgrade Mivec engine to add turbo system.
Plz advise pro & con also budget for execute this project.

sounds risky, but you should boost it low, alot of mivec + turbo doesnt ends up well.....do some research and u realize alot mivec turbo blown their engine due to the hard tune Mivec system and the turbo.

NA Mivec and those factory Mivec Turbo in Evolutions nowadays, the engine is totally different. DOnt blow your self.

yup,n/a mivec n mivec turbo on evo are different,,
but vtec also have prob 1st time they BOT,,
but mivec dont have many performance part like vtec,,,

ya la..all turbo engine are possible to get blown acctually..just dont drive a turbo car like N/A car..this mivec BOT already done in many territories in Malaysia..most of them are from KL..not much different with 4g93T..get 1 banana,turbo,intercooler complete with piping,new exhaust piping,piggyback device,..find a tuner and u'll get there fren..

tat SR fella oni use he brain to think, never see but talk alot. mitsubishi built tough engine, u think like tofu ah? kenari BOT, Myvi BOT wira 1.5 BOT gt alot in malaysia from north to south. i think u never c b4. come on man, go out n make some fren. dun always shot mitsu engine in front ur monitor!!!

just lower your compression ratio to 8.5-9:1 ..... tune you afr to 11.5 at WOT & correct ign timing... so no knoking .... the mivec not the prob.... engine blow becoz of not proper tuning & engine setup... just main hentam sure kaboom... superbike engine oso can turbocharge... so why mivec cannot?? want 700hp mivec turbo oso no prob... just money laa....
