i think i managed to source this out.... i remember there's some guy there mentioned THEIR friend in US running stock twins with 400 horses on the wheels...
yes... twins..... but they are not stock.... most of them in US running this setup is running at slightly less than 400 horses on the wheel... those severely ported ones run more than 400 horses.
the secret is so called BNR stage 3 turbos...it's modified twins...using back the old manifold, but they put on 2 new turbos... larger..... and include a mechanical boost controller to control the waste gate opening.
