6 babies at the same time = 6 births la. They don't come out all at the same time even via Caesarian operation.

it's like 3 pairs of HKS S-SQV blow off valve releasing it's pressure at 1.5bar when all babies are crying.... the mother need some RON100 + Nitrus milk to satisfy all the babies.... twin turbo for the first ... now with 6 turbos?? wow wow wow!!!!! 6000bhp la the mother...
