Tufoil in a VTEC....

Would like 2 know if its ok 2 put in tufoil in a Vtec engine like the B16A??

My brother is usin it in his Gti n the found the engine to be running smoother but the dipstick got some sort of stain..... like became foggy/unpolished like!! Can explain wat happened ah?/ Issit normal??

SA6YEuro, Tufoil will not cause those " foggy " things on your dipstick. Check if the Gti is suffering coolant loss. This problem could be brought about by a partially burnt head gasket or even some micro-scopic cracks in the cylinder head.

Many year 2005 Accord owners are Tufoil users. We suppose beneath the bonnet is a ferocious V-Tec or it could be something else.

i ve got another question 4 u....... the milky part at the bottom of the bottle..... errr..... r we suppose 2 shake the bottle 1st b4 pouring in2 the engine??

SA6YEuro, shake or no shake not that important. Only to make sure everything gets in. You may put in some small quantity of fresh engine oil into the black bottle and shake violently so that every drop of the good stuff gets into your engine.
