your car wira?it's the sound of your tappet(i think..).go to mechanic and get it adjusted back to default or service.

maybe ur crankshaft or camshaft is drilling ur engine block. keke.............
maybe bearing rosak somewhere else. last time also encounter this sound then its the bearing at the pulley there rosak.
