Not that well verse in Sti terminology. :P

V-limited suppose to have serial number, only 555 produced each version.

it has roof scoop, like spec C.

has some special decals different from normal STI, and has pink rally spec suspension tuned by arai.

i think that's about it. anything else anybody can add?
