Seeking infos about Mercedes S320 or 280-S Class (W140)

HI all sifus & firend,
Im new here, looking towards info about Mercedes S Class W140, either S320 or 280. I love the size and also thetechnologies about this models. Some says too bulky (even my wife says so). To me the outlooks very beautiful & attractive.

Any infos regerding maintenance? Spare parts? Current market value?

Currently im using Citroen ZX 1.8 wagon, Volvo 240NGV & V40 Phase 2.5 My2004 (fans of VOCM).
