Ok. Lets not talk about drifting, rally and drag racing here. Im aware that at the moment theres only two racing circuit here in malaysia. Sepang and Pasir Gudang.

Just wondering if theres any other another circuit racing event in Malaysia besides MSS, JPM Integra Cup and MME? I would think that to participate in MSS and JPM Integra Cup would be too costly not all of us could afford it. Merdeka Race is totally out of the question as this event would only be held once a year. What happened to proton track carnival and other low cost budget close action racing battle? Our motorsport event are quite dead here.

I think the johorcircuit is doing a fab job. We do need some grassroots level circuit racing events. Currently there's none for novices. MSS is too heavy on the wallet.

Sabelt,

Just wondering.. how much is 'reasonable' or 'affortable'?

hehe those "race what you bring no holds barred" for rm 80 every first saturday eh? that wan is to lepas gian after a month of work pressure leh taiko...hehehe..

but those Sat nite fevers are not championships and not even AAM sanctioned. if betul betul want to have grassroot level, i'm afraid it seems like MSS or Johor Race Series is the only way to go bro.

i see.. so more of a club event? hmm ok might be a good idea

i think the best low cost track race event right now is the supercompact class of the MSS. you can race your standard NA kancil in its own class on the same weekend of other MSS events and still win something. Its participation is still low and hopefully more prople will know about it.
