CAI = COld Air Intake...best thing next to turbo, you see cold air is denser, meaning more oxygen and better combustion...hence INTERCOOLOERT TURBO and NOS..all adds up to more power. I heard some fella in US can channel the air con into the intake hose...damn cun mod if u dun mind sweating!!!
Generally, an intake system that allows alot of cool air into the engine. Pipercross uses open pod that is enclosed in a aluminum tube so that you get VOLUME and COOLNESS. Not very affordable tho...

Hi guys! sorry for the long dissapearing act. Been busy lately. Congrats guys especially blacksamurai for pulling of a hyundai TT which i sucked at doing. Good effort guys! Its a good start for hyundai owners and enthusiast alike.

BlackSamurai: Nice photos u got there..very clear and precise. But just my two cents..try not to display the engine and console pictures as you would reveal what the person has got in the car. This would lead to some break-ins as maybe to what deepshit has encountered. Although the number plate has been darkened but hyundais are kinda rare around and each car would be distinctly different from one another due to mods. Pls don't get offended okie..i just think that we are not being sneeky by not showing what we got internally in our car but just as a precaution. I also think that those that want to know more about their cars and modding it should actually attend this TTs and make friends to learn more. Again..just my two cents.

Deep$hi+$: Sorry to hear about your break-in and your smart-tag. This things happen and pls don't have any ill-feelings towards blacksamurai after reading this. You should be glad that only that got stolen and not your player and S-afc and those mods that can be taken out from your engine bay. Again my two cents, don't advertise what u got in your car, its like telling everyone what it is and where to get it convinently. Glad to hear u getting a S-15 too..great car! sat in one before...love it!

Nothing to do with BS. I think the it is done by those drug addicts or so. Honestly, I don't think there is any harm posting what we got in our car. If thats a harm, imagine what those car owner that let hypertune or traffic mag snap their beloved car photo and post in their magazine going to do.
Somehow, I think when one's car had been the target for break in, there are not much a car owner do.
That's why I am kind of pity the BMW owner that get his finger chop so to steal his car. My philosophy, if you want to grab my car, go ahead, I am more than happy to give it to you. Just make sure the police can't find the car . That's it. plain and simple. For that reason, I didn't spend much on car alarm things, I was hope that someone come and steal my car. That way, I can get a brand new car. Ha. After all, whats the point getting insurans and does not make full use of it :P

I dun think Deepshit incident is cause by the photos, I never show his smart tag photo :P , more over the smart tag stolen case is really not something new, it happen everyday, everywhere. That's because of stupid Touch & Go company design in the way that the Smart Tag (actually we shall call it "dumb tag") do not have owner recognition capability. Touch & Go can't stop a particular Smart Tag function if you reported the unit get stolen. Unlike Fastrek Tag and Kesas Tag. You can report it and LDP will blacklist the tag. Function like what Fastrek Tag and Kesas Tag provide can effectively stop ppl from stealing others Tag from the car.

The smart way of preventing this is not to stick the Tag on the windscreen. Hide it in your glove compartment (too bad for Proton Gen.2 owner, no glove compartment, Malaysia Boleh)
