Motul oil for vios - vvti

hi all..

anyone using motul for their vvti,especially vios?? which type n can share ur experience?? planned to use it (daily driving) but donno which one lol, 20/50, 15/50 or 10/40?? my experience using motul at my 4 stroke kapcai bike (daily hard use) for nearly 2 years,engine was really smooth n no even single 'sound' or prob til now... so why dont i share it wit my car,hehe...

motul is a well reputation motor oil, it will perform beyond specification. vvti can go full syn, but semi is good enough. I heard a story about estima using fully syn n blow its engine, dunno is true or not..?

I have tried the semi synthetic... turbolight and 6100+. Both are equally good and can last for constant high speed driving on the highway.

i also think semi sync shud enuf coz it was normal engine,just wanna get gud protection for long term.. but between 10/40 n 15/50 which 1 is better for daily town driving?? most of my fren using turbolight but its weekend car,hehehe..

Use 10W40. Scared later you use 15W50 your engine will feel sluggish :-)

For Vios, should use 10/30 or 5/30 . VVT-i solenoid will be more happy !!

In that case, he can try out Motul's H-tech 5W30 full syn. Only RM165 for 4L :-)

My fren used this oil on his kelisa. Good feedback from him. Well recommended !
