Wangan is something like a legalised place in Tokyo nowadays .. the close the road and let those racers to have fun on weekends.

U know .. police can catch them, as MCR, Mines and someother top tunings involved into this and they're famous too.

Japan enforcement can have this video as a proof and arrest them, same like they did to the Japan Ferrari Club chairman and Mr. Nagata-san CEO of TopSecret.

Why dont .. ? :) because its legalised ..

And finally, im my own opinion, those american muscles are just another ashes onthe air .. haha ... Go Japan!
