Down at Tokyo Auto Salon Singapore earlier on, we were very impressed of a cute little car that was being put on display. But it was not only the simple looks and flared wheel arches of the Fiat 500 that caught our interest, but the powerplant that propels this Cinquecento. Seated nicely in the back is a V4 superbike engine lifted from the Aprilia RSV4 with 200-horsepower for the Fiat to buzz around instead of the stock engine’s 17-horsepower.

Seeing this amazing transplant, we joked around in saying that since a V4 is possible, why not triple it and stuff a V12 instead in this small Fiat? And how we were surprised in knowing that there is actually one that already has. Built by the guys at Oemmedi Mechanics, say hello to the Fiat 500 from hell.

With wheel arches far larger than the one on TAS, this bulky babe houses a 6.2-liter V12 from a Lamborghini Murcielago. Where did they managed to get one is so far unknown, but we do know now is that this Fiat 500 can now terrorize any living thing with its new 580-horsepower tower of power. And this is not their only project too as the Italian aftermarket specialist had once stuffed the same Fiat with a 3.0-liter Ferrari V8 to play around.

Seems like nothing is impossible for these guys and it sure is interesting to see one actually making these interesting creations. Maybe they should line this babe for a drag race against Volkswagen’s Bentley-sourced W12 Golf that once appeared on Top Gear?
