For style, theyre actually just using airbag suspension and the rear is double wishbone, so at full squat it becomes like that...

It is actually independent suspension with airbag setup. It is a VIP trend in Japan, usually high end car like Lexus, Merc, etc. Now, all kinds of car have that installed. It is strictly for look and when parked. Unless you or your family own tires factory, then you can afford to drive with that camber. :D
