nope.. no time to repair..

still leaking, as the screw is broken inside.
need to operate and remove it.

also a good chance, I still got some high temp color spray which I intend to use it on.
coat it well, protect from cracks etc.. (hopefully)

so I will came back with a boost leak issue, as usual, everytime when I wanna go for long distance drive.. this car will slap me with something..

anyway, my wife also don't allow me to boost.. she hates it..

oh, how old are you? full time student?
I'm an old man.. should you see me on 25th, I can't speak good behasa melayu too :smokin:

Mitsu got those issues. My exhaust manifold nut broke twice already, even manifold crack. Seems is common problem....:banghead:

yeah, it is indeed a common problem.

mine also broke twice. Try high temp spray to protect the manifold?

Maybe its encouraging you to use banana?

I always thought you are using banana??

If like this, maybe I better not ask you to bring me for a ride in your car. Worried later more boost problem appears.

wow, so young of you. envy
good, stay focus and study hard.

still can boost but not max, the last time i tried was only 0.7 bar.
if you don't mind, my setup is not so comfortable.
and I don't know where in Ipoh that can test..
as far as I know, the road condition in Ipoh is kinda poor.. always humps-ing around..

Will be joining the working world soon enough next year. Hoping that things will go well for me.

0.7 bar is not so bad. What is your max boost supposed to be?

I'm fine with with stiff suspension setup. Last time I ride before in B18C EG and the suspension is very stiff. But it is still okay for me.

The main road in front of pengkalan barat old town is long enough. For short acceleration is okay. If drive too fast then it will might be a bit dangerous. Not sure how fast you do you mean by test.

Almost change to banana, but change back to cast iron one.....lol:biggrin:

Got blow valve and boost meter installed, unless get them removed to be classic, and the rims too with low profile tyres, must go back steel rims and 195/70R14.....hhahahahhahahahha:biggrin:

Maybe should find stainless steel or titanium banana for better quality.

195/70/40 cannot endure the power from your 4G63T.

for stock 4g63t, the max can go up to 1.4 bar, around this range.
for safety, 1 bar is the safety level.
my engine for now, is 1 bar max as everything is stock and original.

that road, haha..
the one that I know is at station 18, nearby a petrol kiosk
usually the area is very dark, as street lights are not turn on.
but kinda dangerous as the traffic is kinda heavy at times.

yeah, that's what people been scolding me about.
freakily speaking, high horsepower is really undriveable..
i felt anything more than 300 horse, is already horrible..
too much power, uncontrollable..
difficult to maintain
spent most of the time in garage repairing or worst, trying to find out the cause..

don't you forget, it took me like 3 years to find out what is stopping the boost..

I slot a question here.
Stock exhaust manifold or change to custom/aftermarket?
Simple answer can d. Tq.

If yours is Evo 3, then stock will have 270hp already. That is already a lot of power for a street car.

Dark area near petrol kiosk? Is it like the nearby industrial area with factories? Roads can be bumpy if it is at the industrial area.
