Honda under Honda Access produce aftermarket lips for 96-98 model. similar to ViRS spec. If you install this lip, your bumper will look like 99 spec. no more curve like 96-98 model.

Yes, the OEM lip for preFL EK FERIO does exist, I've only seen one and it was long time ago. Rare item.

Nope, none of them. The OEM lip from Honda is PP.

Exactly same as bumper, only aftermarket lips are made of PU, ABS or fiber....
