crack on front skirting

my front skirting..have some crack..mayb the guy put my skirting didnt "parti" d skirting wif the bumper well...so now ...i can c d crack..like d skirting wan 2 fall off....how...NOW>..should i go N "parti" it...or change a new bumper??

fibre skirting is it??it cannot withstand even small bumps...kena a bit will crack liao
