the owner had the choice between buying a Porsche or rebuilding his 3rd beetle.....and many of the parts imported in from US, his children loves this than a Porsche .....as it might not fit them in.....
this is gonna to be in a show car........phews...spell W.O.R.K
after many many months between body shop......chassis strengthening done
sent to interior to redo refurbish
come new coat of Paint
then move to electrical and wiring specialist to rewire the whole car
next to a mechanic to rebuilt and enhance the cooling, braking system....
back to body shop to do a final paint touch up
BTW he is the only mechanic know what going on.....
we found this on the roof
many many months later.....came to us

Clay with ANR (alien No rinse) as lube
engine bay wash with Alien Car Shampoo + APC (alien Power clean)
Day 2 Interior + taping for paint correction
Day 3 Paint correction continues - many hours of compounding
OPT MF pads/Dbl Sided wool + OHC = Results better but not OPTIMUM YET
Day 4 Continue to do a deeper paint correction
Day 5 Thank God for the break through.......refining begun after half day

interior restore and re profile
