Clunking sound when shifting to 2nd gear, rattling lever, some grinding noise

I just got this problem with my car. When shifting to 2nd gear when the car is moving there's a clunking noise and the gear lever rattles. There's some grinding sound like the clutch is not fully disengage even though I floor the clutch pedal. This behavior does not occur when the car is stationary. What could be the problem? Maybe some of you have experienced this before. I just wanna know whats goin' on there so that when I make my visit to any workshop, I dont get conned easily (you know la, change this and that, everything have to be changed... bla bla...)

Detail: F5M222 gearbox on 4G92P, recently changed clutch (Triniti 6 puck), and of course recently changed transmission oil. Clutch pump's hydraulic fluid is full, recently changed too
