4G93T GSR 4WD Locked to 2WD GB - Ratios

Hi Guys,

Just want to check with you all who uses GSR's 4WD GB locked to 2WD on a GSR. At 100km/h, 5th gear, what RPM is it at?

I find the ratios for mine rather short.. at 100km/h on 5th gear, it is roughly around 3400-3500 rpm.

Feedbacks anyone?

Mine's 3000 rpm on my ex-car.

My friend's GSR using Putra g/box is around 2700 - 2800 +- rpm.

But for drags the 4WD g/box is damn nice ;) Ahh..miss those times...

I've just noticed that at 140km/h on 5th gear, the rpm is at 4k rpm..

ur franz still having the car? so low??? how come? my coursin GTI also 3000rpm at 100kmj ler.. how come 2700 at 100kmj??? amazing....
mine to share the secret recipe or not??? :p

It's just the original GSR 4WD GB locked to 2WD..

Dunno..suspect the first owner in Japan changed the ratios or something.. but the halfcut that came together looked bloody stock..

use perdana 1.8 DOHC gb @ eternal the halfcut... poor gb,not worth...

so it's a 2wd gearbox rite...? y 3k rpm at 5tf gear at 85kmh so low 1..? i tot 2wd should at least get 100kmh like dat
