A 1jz wid 264 cams, if given a t04R 2.5"turbine wheel,coupled wid 0.78ar t4 turbine housing how far would it takes roughly to spool up to..err.. lets say 1.5bar? would wanna "agak" where would the powerband range be...

im building 1 for d coming drag. i hv 0.58,0.68,0.84 but dont have 0.78.... and im wondering if anyone willing to sell me a used unit so that i can experiment it.?

0.78 and 0.84 not much difference i guess... if i were u, i will use .84 since u have it already..
6cyl 1jc should be ok using it for drag race.. even my 4cyl using 1.01 now... the trend now is big turbo for big hp.. just my 2 cents... good luck..

i think 3000 spool up and 4700 full boost,the turbo big or small depend your use in drag race or daily drive,1jz fuel cut at 7000rpm wiz stock ecu?if your engine rpm can set more highly is better...

Allo sifus out there. Very informative discussions u guys are having in this forum. I'm kinda new in this conversion stuff. Would like to hear your good opinions about the topic.

Planning to plonk in 4G93T or Mivec. Was thinking more to 1.8 Mivec though very rare item nowdays. Already "raided" useful numbers of chop shops but to no avail.

What say u guys between those 2 aformentioned??? I definitely kick hell out this 1.6 Mivec since it cannot "eat" B16A, let alone B16B.
