i use the ae101 engine... the prob. is my engine is shut down suddenly during traffic jam when i use air-cond...but temp is not high (i mean middle)....

b4 this, i setting my engine to check out what the prob...that work shop in subang said he must setting engine..that still happen...many workshop i goes b4 this...some work shop said the air-cond prob,timing, computer box, air intake many more...many thing i change the part...i mcm nak tukar je engine...what 4

maybe u shd wash ur throttle body....

u r using those open pod performance air filter?if yes,mostly throttle body easily get dirt....so will affect the idling...

that could be the problem also.if your using an open pod,please keep it clean.

Might be your compressor or some air-con idling control unit problem. I had a friend which has the same symptom driving his AE101 last time. Cheaper solution but not long term, set the timing high. Cheers... :)

I suggest that U check the air cond valve which is used to increase the timing of ur engine when the air cond is ON. If U using a carburator, check the small hose connected to ur carb. From there U will find the small valve . Ask ur air cond specialist to check wether it is working or not.
If the valve is working, U need to tune the carb on the aircond setting idling tuner and not the idling timing

there's a separate valve for idling adjustment when the air-cond is switched on.... try adjustin it

Maybe that one to. I think thats is only the reason why your car shut down.
Also check ur spark plug when tune up the carb. If possible, change to new spark plug
