where to find rolling FD3S body

Would like to know where to buy a good frame FD3S with a blown engine. must be able to be registered on road.

Would like to buy a weekend project to be built from the ground up.

I have some experience building FC and FD back when i was studying in US.

THat aside , if anyone have any leads in the Peninsula Malaysia please let me know , would like to get a project car to fiddle with =)
