Web Administrator / Designer

A friend of mine is looking for fresh / junior : web administrator / designer. The candidate will be working in a PLC. Budgetted salary is at the range of 1.6-1.8k. Interested candidate can mail to:

- Website maintenance
- Able to do web design as well (Photoshop, Flash and HTML)
- Information gathering (for internal intranet)
- Good in doing write up (So far like Tom laaaa, proficient in english)
- Female preferred but guys also can la.. (but 'in-between' err... umm)
- Able to communicate with all levels (Pleasant personality... REQUIRED)
