Naza going to launch a 1.2 car!!

saw in the news (TV1) tonight that naza is going to launch its own designed (not KIA) 1.2 litre car in oct. engineering done by just 18 engineers in 2 years with just RM500,000 (the newscaster say half million) budget. the development cost, timeframe and the number of engineers is just too good to be true. or is it going to be something like the Naza, Comel and Nitro bikes? (parts buy in taiwan/china/korea and slap a "buatan malaysia" sticker...)
