Guys, I feel that my subwoofer isn't give out full potential, i think because the amp is not giving enough power. I bought these for my sound system... Any recommendation for me to beat up more bass? Which brand and what volt of amp / monoblock you guys recommend?

this is my build up spec
Pioneer GM-6500T - Class AB 4-Channel Bridgeable Amplifier 60W RMS x 4 (760W)
Pioneer TS-W310D4 12 in Champion Series Subwoofer (1400w)
Pioneer TS-G1044R - 4 inch 2-way Speakers
Pioneer TS-G1644R - 6 inch 2-way Speakers

What sort of box did you put your woofer in?

Volt for sure 12V... Monoblock.. buy used can get very powderful ones.. your 1400W subwoofer will easily explode. I killed a subwoofer rated for 600W with a 500W monoblock.. but my monoblock really deliver 500W RMS la..not peak number or funny funny rating.

Means i need a monoblock for around 500-600w?

A normal woofer box? With a hole beside

Your amp Pioneer GM-6500T bridged is 4ohm at 180w RMS.

Your sub Pioneer TS-W310D4-12 is dual voice coil 4ohm 400w RMS at 95dB.

Meaning that it can only be wired to 2ohm or 8ohm. Since your amp can only provide maximum 4ohm bridged, you'll have to wire the sub at 8ohm. So you are severely unpowering your sub la.

And don't use a ported sub box. Use a sealed box. That Pioneer sub isn't that bad with 95dB sensitivity. If you can find an amp that can power 400w at 2ohm (meaning bridged if it's a 2-channel amp or just source a monoblock) then you can sort out that sub already. The port isn't really an issue unless you want to tune the sub sound.

My advice - find a monoblock that can give you 400w RMS at 2ohm. Hook that to your sub and then use your 4-channel amp to power the rest of your speakers. Close shop.
