Recently got a used LMST 07.

Being driving it for around 1000km (85% City). I have noticed the FC is around RM 0.15/KM (with air con). Is this ok for a car like this or should do better.
For 1 Litter, i get only around 12 km done. (Usually fuel at Shell and Petronas)

Any advise on how to reduce FC?
