idle speed problem with wira 1.5GLI (A)

guys i need ur help with my mum's wira 1.5 (A). whenever da car is idle, and the air-con is on, the rpm will drop to 400rpm. if the air-con is turned off, the rpm returns to 850rpm. tried everything, but no good results. does anyone know how to handle this prob? thanks

i have the same problem with my satria. most probbably the stepper motor defective. but in my case the ECU got problem..
