Tried to remove the AC Panel for replacing the blown bulbs , but it just wont came out ... already take headunit & all the screws .

It was such a stupid design that the AC panel are bolted from inside & there is no clearance allowed enough for taking out the panel even all screws are unbolted ...

Anyone who had done this before please advice me on how to do it .

Thanks =)

Most probably the screw u mention hard to reach is not necessary to remove.

stupidcar:
The bulb can be bought at spare spart shop.
Persona which part hard to remove?
AC panel?

If u want to remove AC panel completely with the side sheets, u need to remove the arm rest first.

For radio:
1. It has 8 screws to remove, 4 screws for radio, 2 screws for ac panel and 2 screws for hazard panel.
2. Remove the hazard panel first, got two screw here. Take it off with the hazard panel.
3. After that u can reach the another 2 radio screws after the hazard panel.
4. Then remove 2 screws for ac panel, slide a card to pry out a bit of the ac panel. Only pry out a bit on top of ac panel. AC panel can't completly remove at this part because of the armrest.
5. Then only u can reach the another 2 screw on below on the radio.
6. Put cloth on top of AC panel to avoid scratches while taking out the radio and also while installing it.
