Ford Escape Throttle Body

Hi All...I have question n need advice to all members...i have ford escape 2.0xlt and I have problem with the throttle body and the diaphragm. Can i replace the diaphragm itself or i need replace complete TB..The problem i faces is the diaphragm cannot fully close when i release the paddle and this make RPM higher and my fuel consumption more high..Anyone of you can give me some advice which this problem can resolved or where can i get 2nd hand TB otherwise can i used TB from different model Ford/Mazda.... Please advice...Thanks
