T807, T854, T855 = SMD TR marking "GA"

Somebody was trying to "bypass" your Circuit Opening Relay and blown the ECU?

thank you very much bro appreciate it.still googling this transistor/smd with "GA" marking.what I found is a zener.But I m pretty sure it is a NPN transistor.

fyi I use normal relay instead of COR

Try look for a Switching NPN TR with following spec...
Vceo = 60V
Ic = 1A
hFE = 100~200
FYI, "GA" has a built in protection diode across Emitter and Collector

will this work 2SD2403 or FMMT493A are this available in our market. BC639 might work regarding to this sitehttp://www.toymods.org.au/forums/tech-conversions/75164-relay-switches-only-5v.html

2SD2403 is direct fit but doesn't have the built in protection diode. You need to add a separate diode across the relay winding.
FMMT943A spec is Ok but have diff foot print. Some mod is needed.
BC639 is lead device not SMD. Again, some mod is needed.

I have the TR from donor board. If you want can come and get it ah.
