Even though the Fiat 500C and Punto Evo have already received a healthy dose of the Abarth treatment, Fiat are still adamant on putting more hot in these hatches.
The extra spicy versions of the hatches will carry the EsseEsse moniker that will be backed by a substantial list of parts promising more nippiness.
Retro gets some extra go as the 500C is boosted up to 160hp from the base Abarth version of 138. This allows the car to deal with the century mark in 7.6-seconds. As for the Abarth Punto Evo EsseEsse, to refer to it by its full name, the power output stands at 180hp and eclipses the century mark a split second quicker at 7.5-seconds.
As per the norm, the usual suspects of suspension, brakes and tyre upgrades are mandatory with Blue&Me connectivity in the cabin. Specially for enjoying the aural burble of the extra horses, the 500C gets a Record Monza exhaust while the Punto Evo isn’t left out as well with a set of Sabelt racing bucket seats.
