Anybody successfully convert Lancer GT CVT to manual gb?

hi,

to convert from cvt to mt..these are the things u need(if x mistaken)

1. mt gearbox assy
2. mt gearbox mounting and bracket sets
3. clutch pump fullset with clutch pedal set
4. full mt engine wiring harness without cut
5. mt engine control module with immobilizer system(or disable it)
6. mt speedometer

correct me if im wrong

the price for lancer 2008 up at chopshop still very expensive, not worth it to convert now

OK, I'm abandoning this project. its not worth it. better buy 1.8mt 2nd hand.

new project is 1.8 to 2.0 stroker kit. anyone know where to get such item?

I try finding it at ebay, but mostly the item is incompatible with 4b11, but its compatible with 4b11t, and if sourcing from proton parts, its quite pricey. ebay item is cheaper + forged and better than stock.

The piston is the same except for the CR rite? For 4b11 and 4b10. So i think might be the crankshaft is different, and i dont know bout conrod.

And i think need a new stud after open the block once. How bout gasket? Do I need only head gasket?
 
It would be more feasible to get a 2.0 halfcut though is still on the high side (price) but it would means less issue face about compatibility. It is a REAL BITCH.
