not sure on your laws over there but in uk can not have tyre tread sticking out of the arch. so you either roll the arches or put stretch tyres on.

for stock body should be 17 x 8 offset 30 - 35 , rear 17 x 9 offset 30 , flush and easy clearance

I have a set of ce28n with 17 x 8.5 offset 40 , 17 x 9.5 offset 40 , also easy clearance
