OCBC is far worst call non stop asking for payment eventhough u inform them when u gonna make the payment .... the way the collection staff talk is compatible to AH LONG ... is like u don pay now i will burn down your house,... damm inpolite...

HSBC & CIMB is ok for me... even offer higher credit limit than OCBC...

If you are a good paymaster and for some reasons you're late say.... 3 weeks in some occasions, they won't bother you. 2 cent worth

all bankers is same=ah long legal,,now i just standby 2 card only,,used when emergency time..
don't used c/card if not necessary bcoz their % changing quite high..will kill u end of month during installment,,

to me , Hong Leong bank call service is the worst.

my CCRIS is perfect 0 , not a single late payment ,

but always 3 days before due date, HLBB some call center guy that sounds like an indian gangster always call and almost threaten me, to make sure i dont miss payment.

it's a god damn turn off, this kind of service.

Everybody has their stories with credit cards. Mine was with HSBC!!! 1 cent comes out of no where. :hmmmm: Then charge late payment penalty, then other stupid fee, etc. Then it accumulates to RM30++ after like a few months (i was in UK that time, card was not in use for few months).... WTF?! Argue also say have to pay... Terminated now...

CIMB...i pay my monthly by cheque..they clear my cheque,but never settle my credit card outstanding.And some more charges me late payment thanks for their forgotten clear my C/Card account..call them to check,they ask me pay 1 more time 1st.will debit the extra after verify...

Stupid CIMB,cant handle they self in malaysia still want to go abroad...
