There was no time and space for the Altis to avoid that swayed truck.
I am always wary of those trucks, never come close to them.

Well, I guess that altis was quite far from that lorry, just that it came to its way
and there is no way he can avoid it...just fated I guess.

But in such accidents, if the altis driver survive? How is the claim for insurance like?
Claim the lorry driver or the lorry's company?
