RM600 per piece? :stoned: But is indeed a good shit :top:
Wah.. crazy meh.. it's the whole set la. It's made of aluminium and it's designed to conform into the shape of the bolt hole and all that. You pay a lot not for the stuff, but for the workmanship because it's not easy to install these collars. If full sets 600 ok la... If 1pc no way
Easier said than done and I'm already waaay ahead of you. I've asked a metal fabricator friend to look into this and we've hit a pothole - aluminium block raw material is ridiculously expensive and there is a LOT of wastage when they cut out that tiny little collar. Usually only 30% of the block is usable so it's actually not financially viable to do it this way unless there's something that Spoon is doing that I'm not aware of.looks good...but cant a machine shop produce that?
Got! Got a friend doing R&D on this but is short of budget. Will be funding the fella to see how it goes.[H] [K] [S];1063632004 said:Anyone else have any leads?!

Keep us posted :top:Got! Got a friend doing R&D on this but is short of budget. Will be funding the fella to see how it goes.
cannot laa... these collars are precisely machined to specific clearance to fit ur subframe snugly... further more, the aluminum material used will deform when it is torqued down... this deformation acts as a seat/mold for the subframe to "sit properly" on the chassis main frame...Can't we just slip in homemade aluminum collars?
must be a 4 digit price..samurai racing in sunway carries them.. price wise... i asked and i dare not share lol
